Biography
Dr. Afzal Subhani is currently member of Management Board of CAT Catalytic Center, RWTH Aachen University, Aachen Germany and responsible for operational management. He holds a Ph.D degree in chemistry from Technical University of Dortmund. He served as Assistant Professor from 09.2008 till 07.2010 at National University of Science and Technology (NUST) Islamabad Pakistan. In 2010 he returned to Germany and was awarded with Georg Forster Research Fellowship by Alexander Humboldt foundation for his post-doctoral research at CAT Catalytic Center. He has expertise in heterogeneous and homogenous catalysis, polymer and materials chemistry and high pressure chemistry. He has published his research work in several peer-reviewed journals.
